From November our SPA offers classical, sports and head massages plus Yoga sessions in the mornings:

Classical Massage
The classical massage is a very old technique and origins in northern Europe. The masseur uses his/her hands and body-weight to work mostly on the muscles reachable through the skin. It can be done on the whole body: upper and lower extremities as well as back and the highly-demanded neck-massage.
Anyone can get a classical massage at any time; it can be done relaxing or energizing, and it helps loosen up sore muscles.

Sports-Massage
Sports-Massage is not so different from classical massage, the techniques applied are very similar. The masseur uses more force, and the massage goes deeper – therefore it might also be more painful. Sports massage is very energizing.

Head-Massage
There are some points on your head that, if pushed in the right order, you would never have thought to be so relaxing … Purely for enjoyment.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a relatively new approach to the very old techniques of Yoga, which originates in India. There, it is an everyday-technique helping to meditate. For western civilization, this original way is often too far away from their reality, and this is where power yoga comes in: It puts a strong emphasis on the physical aspect to reunite body, mind, and soul. It causes your heartbeat to raise, your muscles to use all their force, but will leave a light and energetic feeling in your body.
Anyone, beginners as well as experts, can challenge themselves doing power yoga; you don’t need to be flexible, and there are many variations of every exercise. What’s needed is concentration, interest, and an open mind.
