Restaurant Pizzería

he restaurant is specialized in local and Mediterranean food but we also organize special nights with home made wood oven pizza (the only one in Bahia Salinas and La Cruz area) and free BBQ (eat what you can!). We focus on cleanness, healthy food, nice and friendly atmosphere with good music.

At breakfast we offer natural juices, italian espresso or american coffee, fruits with yogurt and cereals to start the day with a lot of energy. Of course we also offer the typical Costa Rican “Gallo Pinto” for those that want to taste the local breakfast.

At lunch, we are specialized in any kind of pasta, salads and sandwiches. Usually everybody is at the beach during the day, so we offer a variety of food to go as cold pasta, salads with rice, etc…

At dinner, you can choose any kind of choice: appetizers as bruschetta, focaccia, italian salami with cheese, ceviche, mixed vegetables and more. Then some of the main plates are fresh whole fish or filet cooked in different ways, lobsters, shrimps, home made Italian pizzas cooked on wood oven, pastas (ravioli, tortellini, gnocchi), home made lasagnas, “casado” (the local plate of chicken, pork or fish filet accompanied with rice, beens and salad, export quality meat, pork, mexican burritos, sea food all served with Italian wine, local and imported beers. We usually offer 5/6 plates per day and we rotate them through the week to give a good choice to all the tastes.

After dinner: The most common place to spend the evenings is at The Blue Dream Hotel, where all the kiters from the bay meet up to eat some much needed food, share a few beers and swap kiting stories.The Blue Dream Hotel offer a bar, lounge open terrace for dining, wood-oven pizzeria, free WI-FI(and it’s fast!), wide screen projector for movies and videos recorded during the day at the kite beach, foosball (for hard core tournaments!) hammocks in the garden area for relaxing under the stars & live music or recorded music from Electronic to Latin for those that have still energy for dancing! For those that want to keep going with the party, Papaturro beach, located a couple of hundreds meter away, is the last meeting point of the night.

So, musicians are welcome to perform their music: we have available a guitar, a key board and a synthesizer, so let us know if you would like to share your passion with the guests.
